Shipping

Products ordered through the Platform for India are shipped through our courier partners. If our courier partners do not service the desired location, the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping times mentioned on the Platform are approximate and delivery is subject to our courier partners and local conditions at the delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or by telephone. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active for 24 hours from the time of receipt.

Return

• Only defective/damaged packages will be accepted for return.
• In order to be eligible for return, the customer needs to send an email with the images of the defective/damaged packages within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
• Only those products will be eligible for return that are received by us within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
• BOHR Publishers reserves the right to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification, BOHR Publishers will replace the product to the same shipping address mentioned in the order.
• In case the returned product is not defective/damaged, the customer will be informed about it and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address mentioned in the order.
• The customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.

Cancellation

• We allow cancellation of orders only if the shipment of the applicable order has not commenced, with a full refund after deducting the payment processing fee, if applicable.
• For physical orders, we allow cancellation only if the order has not yet been shipped, with a full refund after deducting the payment processing fee, if applicable.
• Without any liability, we might cancel the accepted order before the shipment, if the credit department does not give approval for the customer’s credit. We can also cancel the order if there is a problem with the mode of payment selected by the customer.
• A cancellation fee may be levied on a customer on account of cancellation an order by the customer on the Platform. Such a cancellation fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the order on the Platform. An order can be cancelled only for the initial few hours of placing it as stipulated on the product page. After such a time frame, a cancellation fee will be levied on applicable products.
• The cancellation fee is charged to compensate for the slot, time, and effort incurred in processing the order by the seller and to compensate the logistics service providers for incurring a cost when they ship the order.
• The cancellation fee charged by Flipkart shall be either equal to or less than the charges borne by Flipkart on account of cancellation of the order by the customer.
• The cancellation fee shall be deducted from the amount paid by the customer for the cancelled order.

Refund

• If a product is unavailable, a request for the refund will be initiated and it will be informed to the customer at the registered email ID.
• The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
• If an order fails to be processed within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the customer.
• If a customer places an order and due to some reasons, for example, unexpected lack of inventory, we are not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
• In case the payment mode of the refunded order is online (Credit Card/Net Banking), the amount will be refunded to the customer’s card account.
• The refund will be done within 2 working days of the date of request of refund.
• For online refund, the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
• In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/VPP/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode), the refund will be through cheque.
• Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.

Prices

The prices that we post on this website include charges and taxes and can be changed without any notice. The prices that are in effect before the commencement of order will be applicable. If there are any additional charges, they will be notified on the website.
